The BSE Ambient Air Cleaners with Ionization and NPBI Technology are designed for commercial and industrial spaces to improve air quality by removing airborne contaminants like dust, pollen, smoke, and pathogens. Featuring advanced MERV-rated filters and optional NPBI modules, these cleaners neutralize harmful particles and enhance air quality without producing ozone. With high airflow capacities up to 2500 CFM and quiet, energy-efficient operation, they cover large areas effectively. Installation is flexible with wall or ceiling mounting options, and maintenance is simple with easily replaceable filters.
Filtration System Components in AIRMAX Series Units
- Pre-Filters: The unit includes a 4-inch pleated pre-filter to capture larger particles and prolong the life of the main bag filter.
- Bag Filters: High-quality micro-glass multi-pocket bag filters are the primary filtration method, available in MERV 11 or MERV 15 ratings.
- Activated Charcoal (Optional): A 2-inch thick activated granular charcoal filter can be added after the bag filters to absorb gaseous air contaminants (VOCs).
- Charcoal Canister (Optional): Two canisters, each containing 18 lbs of granular activated charcoal, can be installed after the bag filters for additional VOC removal.
- HEPA Filters (Optional): As an optional third filtration stage, HEPA filters are available for all AIRMAX series units, offering 99.97% efficiency in removing sub-micron particles.
