Return Policy: Ebac accepts returns within 30 days of customers receiving the product and in original & new condition.

Fees: Customer pays for shipping on return and 20% restocking.

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

  7. The reverse cycle defrost system removes ice buildup as required
  8. The condensate pump supports continuous drainage during operation
  9. Operation continues until the job is complete or the unit is powered off
